In this file, function names are otherwise used as pointers without &.
A simplified version of the Coccinelle semantic patch that makes this change is as follows:
// <smpl> @r@ identifier f; @@
f(...) { ... }
@@ identifier r.f; @@
- &f + f // </smpl>
