Subject[PATCH 8/15] dm: introduce dm_ask_for_duplicate_bios
[ this isn't connected to XCOPY, but it is requires for the following
device mapper patches to apply cleanly ]

This function can be used if the target needs to receive another duplicate
of the current bio.
