It seems we should allow user to know there is something wrong
happened in module loading.

In the beginning, I just considered that it was only a debug option.
When developers enable
this option in the end-user's machine, It should not affect zsmalloc's
basic function.

In zs_stat_[inc|dec], these functions only handle the fields in struct
size_class{}. So we do not need
to check whether it was .initialized properly. But when failed in
zs_stat_init(), there is
no way to show these statistics to user.
