Subject[PATCH 5/6] perf, tools: Add support for record transaction flags v4

Add support for recording and displaying the transaction flags.
They are essentially a new sort key. Also display them
in a nice way to the user.

v2: Fix manpage
v3: Move transaction to the end
v4: Handle capacity-read/write
