this trigger call of pt_msix_update
then dev->msix->enabled was set a second time

If you want to use dev->msix->enabled for checking, below patch could work.
But in this case, dev->msix->enabled doesn't represent PCI_MSIX_ENABLE
any more,
but a combination of PCI_MSIX_ENABLE and ~PCI_MSIX_MASK
