It's right here: https://github.com/gregkh/gregkh-linux/blob/master/work/do.sh along with other scripts that I use for kernel patch development, feel free to use them if you like.
Note, this script does all of the above steps except apply the patches, I got tired of running 3 scripts so I merged them into one.
