Hi, Lucas, I disable SWIOTLB and still make sure DMA <4G, radeon and
sound card seems work fine, but OHCI still can't work. From git log
arch/mips/cavium-octeon/dma-octeon.c, it seems Cavium also need
SWIOTLB to avoid OHCI issue.
