Subject[PATCH 2/2] HID: hid-lg4ff clean up attribution

This patch adds proper attribution for Michal (who re-wrote significant
portions of this driver last year) and clarifies that it now supports
most of the Logitech gaming wheels (not just the Speed Force Wireless).
