Subject[PATCH] Quirk for IVB graphics FLR errata
Date
For IvyBridge Mobile platform, a system hang may occur if a FLR(Function Level Reset) is asserted to internal graphics.

This quirk patch is workaround for the IVB FLR errata issue.
