Subject[PATCHv5] Input: keypad: Add smsc ece1099 keypad driver
    Date
    From: G, Manjunath Kondaiah <manjugk@ti.com>

SMSC ECE1099 is a keyboard scan or GPIO expansion device. The device
supports a keypad scan matrix of 23*8.This driver uses this
    device as a keypad driver.

Tested on omap5430 evm with 3.7-rc1 kernel.
