SubjectPROBLEM: some unknown oops (?)

I have some problem with 2.6.38.2 but not with 2.6.37.6

I don't know what's the problem is and I can't trigger the bug. May be
it's nvidia module or something in gnome 3 ??

first and second time it leads to X freeze and a switch to a console I
was able to type username and password but never got a shell prompt

third time: X was still up
some process seemed dead (jdownloader), and running "ps aux" in a
terminal did not complete. First time it blocked on "jdownloader"
and after I killed jdownloader process, "ps aux" blocked on kblocker or
"klog" something ?
