Subject[PATCH 1/3] ARM: msm: Remove MSM7x00 support

This target has been bitrotting for a while.  The hardware is quite a
bit different from the other MSM targets, making it hard to justify
maintaining the support in the kernel. This SoC was dropped from
Google's Android kernel a while back.
