Okay, I see

CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE=y
CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS=y

If reproducable, could you turn off CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE ?
Or apply pathces I sent ? (As Nishimura-san pointed out.)

Anyway, I'd like to try LTP by myself when I find time.
