bah. `make allmodconfig' enables CONFIG_STAGING_EXCLUDE_BUILD, so
nothing under staging gets built. Seems rather dumb.

zram-free-percpu-data-on-module-exit.patch seems to be unneeded in the
current zram driver - I'll drop the patch, thanks.
