Subject[RFC][PATCH v2 03/11] perf: x86, implement pmu::init_event
From
Date
Mostly copy hw_perf_event_init to implement it.
Backup hw_perf_event_init to the end of file and it will be removed later.

Changes log
v2: Backup hw_perf_event_init for smooth transition(Peter Zijlstra)
