Yep. same here.

It's even more fishy:
- double_rq_lock() is useded inside #ifdef CONFIG_PREEMPT
- double_rq_lock() is defined inside #ifdef CONFIG_SMP
- double_rq_lock() is used inside #ifdef CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU
