Hi there,
The following rfc patch is to add lockdep support and IRQ-flags state tracing support for ia64 architecture based on instructions described in irqflags-tracing.
The next step is to fix issues. I plan to target it for -32 or -33.
Ps. Bob Picco had done similar things before.
Ps. The patch is enclosed in attachment. The inlined one is c&p of it for reading.
