Subjectthinkpad-acpi: split delayed LEDs stuff, clean up code.

Reduce code duplication and clean up thinkpad_acpi a bit. In future,
I'd like to make delayed-leds.h to be useful for HP accelerometer
driver (and move to drivers/leds, of course)...
