Weird! OK, I tried it with "sleep 3" in .bashrc, and it says
"...execve("/usr/bin/sleep", ["sleep", "3"], [/* 30 vars */]) = 0".
This sounds like what I'd expect. I don't understand why you see a
sleep 2 when you did not have one in your config.....
