[WATCHDOG] s3c2410_wdt announce initialisation

Announce the watchdog once the initialisation is
complete. This aides debugging problems where the
watchdog driver has been loaded and shows the
current state for the user.

Add support for the built in watchdog in AT32AP700X devices.

Tested on AT32AP7000 and ATSTK1000.

Hardware documentation can be found in the AT32AP7000 datasheet.

[WATCHDOG] Mixcom Watchdog - checkcard part 2

Convert the mixcom and flashcom card checks to a
single checkcard call by creating a new structure
that contains all io-ports and their id's.
This is part of the port to the isa watchdog device
driver.
