OK, can we assume that one of

+protect-tty-drivers-list-with-tty_mutex.patch
+tty-minor-merge-correction.patch
+tty-in-tiocsctty-when-we-steal-a-tty-hang-it-up-fix.patch

is responsible / not implemented fully?
