Subject[PATCH -mm 4/6] x86: convert calgary IOMMU to use the IOMMU helper
From
This patch converts calgary IOMMU to use the IOMMU helper
functions. The IOMMU doesn't allocate a memory area spanning LLD's
segment boundary anymore.
