I own the legal rights to this patch [1] and offer it under the GPL.
This name and e-mail identify me uniquely, and form reliable contact
address. Google my work on tp_smapi if you have doubts about this.
What more do you need?

[1] Apart from the copyright on the mainline kernel source it
modifies, of course, and maybe dmidecode's dmidecode.c; both are
GPLed.
