Of course it doesn't. You need to add line

!Iinclude/linux/slab.h

into Documentation/DocBook/kernel-api.tmpl. And BTW you can add comment
for kzalloc() too. Something like this:

* kzalloc - allocate memory. The memory is set to zero.
* @size: how many bytes of memory are required.
* @flags: the type of memory to allocate.
*/
