Subject[PATCH 21/82] remove linux/version.h from drivers/media/

changing CONFIG_LOCALVERSION rebuilds too much, for no appearent reason.

remove code for obsolete kernels, drivers/media/video/bttvp.h has:
#define BTTV_VERSION_CODE KERNEL_VERSION(0,9,15)
