That sounds like a really good idea. If 2.6.13 could get out the door fairly quickly and be the result of everyone saying "let's make this a rock solid kernel and shake all the bugs out" that would be great.. A sort of 2.6.12 on stabilizers ;) I know I'll be doing my bit to fix some of the minor bits.
