Subject[PATCH 1/2] cifs: whitespace cleanups for fs/cifs/smberr.h part 1

Hi Steve,

moving right along with the fs/cifs/ cleanup, here's part 1 of a patch to
beautify smberr.h a bit

Align numbers neatly and use tabs instead of spaces.
