hm, i'm looking at -rf4 - these changes look fishy:

- _raw_spin_lock(&lock_owner(lock)->task->pi_lock);
+ if (current != lock_owner(lock)->task)
+ _raw_spin_lock(&lock_owner(lock)->task->pi_lock);

why is this done?
