I addressed the first two concens. The usb-storage gets to keep its 1:1
relation between the two arrays, and the missing checks for device type
are added. But unfortunately, request_module() is an intrinsic part
of the beast...

So, here it goes. I tested it to build and work with libusual enabled
and disabled, by attaching devices which are on the old "unusual" list
and generic devices. But it's quite possible that I'm missing something,
so if anyone could give it a try, or review again, that would be great.

The old patch had some silly bugs in it. I guess I was too excited and
did not test it thoroughly enough. For example:
