1.
Kernel Oops in kjournald

Server hung while under heavy load, upon reboot an Ooops was found
in the logs
- the main filesystem is ext3 on a Dell PowerEdge RAID Controller 3/DC
using the megaraid driver
- The particular build of the kernel is the Fedora Core 2
2.6.8-1.512smp kernel.
