Subjectatiixp problem with asus L4000R
hi takashi,

i'm wrangling with an asus L4000R-series (L4510RBP) pentium-m/ati9100igp
notebook, and i'm in need of help. the machine alleges to include an
"ATI Technologies Inc IXP150 AC'97 Audio Controller":

0000:00:14.5 Multimedia audio controller: ATI Technologies Inc IXP150 AC'97 Audio Controller

the snd_atiixp (2.6.8.1) module fails on this one:

ACPI: PCI interrupt 0000:00:14.5[B] -> GSI 5 (level, low) -> IRQ 5
ATI IXP AC97 controller: probe of 0000:00:14.5 failed with error -13

i've been looking through the code in atiixp.c but don't see what "-13"
is supposed to mean...?

i don't know what is needed to support this particular IXP150 -- i'm
appending 'lspci -v', 'dmesg' and the current kernel .config.

thanks in advance, thias
