FWIW, sworks-agp.c has the same issue in mainline yet today.
agpgart: Unsupported Serverworks chipset (device id: 0011)
agpgart: Unsupported Serverworks chipset (device id: 0201)

I'll look at -mm to verify it's fixed there.
