SubjectRE: 2.6.6-rc3 MCA at bootup on rx2600

I reproduced it on my box too. Removing just CONFIG_MDA_CONSOLE
support is sufficient, CONFIG_VGA_CONSOLE works fine. Looks like mdacon
goes out and does some blind, unsafe poking of VGA space. We should
probably just make this unselectable on ia64, based on the Kconfig
comment, I'm not sure it's worth fixing the driver.
