SubjectRe: [BUG] in 2.6.5 at msr.c and cpuid.c
This is pretty interesting... whomever changed cpuid.c/msr.c to the new
cpu_online() macro missed the fact that cpu_online() doesn't handle
out-of-range numbers (on SMP it'll return garbage, on UP it will BUG);
it still doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't have been there in
the first place...
