All, we have seen a strange timer problem with running kernel-2.4.26 on many different machines. After few hours of uptime both date and hwclock shows different time in output. Seems have fix skew of 6 seconds in a day (24-hour). Is it a known problem and already fixed? In last of mail you can find dmesg of last 2 systems.
This kernel is downloaded from http://www.kernel.org and having few networking patches applied namely, br-nf, imq, netfilter patch-o-matic.
