Subject[2.6 patch] drivers/video/sis/ cleanups
The patch below does the following cleanups under drivers/video/sis/ :
- make needlessly global code static
- remove the following unused functions:
- init.c: SiS_GetModeID
- init301.c: SiS_{Get,Set}TrumpReg
