Sure, I think Linux community could sell you a copy with *Windows* licenses and EULA. You get the binary of the kernel and use it on one computer only. For multiple accounts pay more. Of course, you get no source code or the ability to modify it. :)

Not good for Linux. Although I am not a conspiracy thoery person, this "proposal" could be sponsored by M$ to bribe the whole community..
