Subject[PATCH] s390 (4/6): common i/o layer.
 - Fix two memory leaks.
- Clear pending status in cio_enable_subchannel.
- Don't call device_unregister from interrupt context.
- Fix refcounting problems on static device structures for the ccw console.
- Delete timeouts for qdio after successful startup.
