This patch merges inbound IPv6 extension header processing parts into
inet6_protocols{} like a IPv6 AH/ESP headers.
As a result of this patch, I removed destopt parsing part in xfrm6_rcv()
and removed ipv6_parse_exthdrs().

Could you check this patch?
(This patch is against 2.5.65.)
