SubjectRe: [PATCH] 2.5.63 cciss fix unlikely startup problem
Another cciss patch for 2.5.63

* add cmd_type to sendcmd parameters to allow scsi messages to be
sent down.
* factor out duplicated code into fill_cmd function.
