Notebook has a synaptics touchpad and a logitech usb mouse attached.
Sending the notebook to sleep by apm --suspend and wake it afterwards
yields the following (boot procedure is included as well):

When I tried this under XFree86 I observed tow different behaviours:

1) XFree seemed to be freezed totally
2)
* USB mouse didn't work
* Touchpad worked
* anything else seemed to work fine
