Subject[2.5 patch] rio: remove #include <linux/compatmac.h>
The patch below removes #include <linux/compatmac.h> from 
drivers/char/rio/*. The only file that actually used it was rio_linux.c
and I've expanded the #define's there.

I've tested the compilation with 2.5.59.
