The whole kernel is here:

ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/linux-2.4.18.tar.bz2

If you really want to patch anything you could download version 2.4.17

ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/linux-2.4.17.tar.bz2

and patch it to 2.4.18 with

ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/patch-2.4.18.bz2
