Subject[PATCH] starfire net driver update for 2.2.21pre3
Hi Alan,

This update brings the 2.2 driver in line with the 2.4 driver (Jeff
Garzik's ethtool additions) and also adds sparc64 support (tested!) and
better error and stats handling.

Please apply.
