Subject[PATCH] Son of Unbork (3 of 3)

The third and final patch of this set removes two now-unused Ext2 header
files from include/linux:

- ext2_fs.h
- ext2_fs_sb.h

(The former contents of these headers has been moved into fs/ext2/ext2.h)

To apply:
