Subject[Patch] #define foo(a) do { ... } while(0); typo fix for 2.5.4
Here's a typo patch for 2.5.4 all the do { ... } while(0); occurances
I've found in 2.5.4. Also it fixes a little syntax in the
asm-mips/asm-mip64 spinlock.h.

I will invididually email mini patches to each author but some of the
files do not have maintainers pasted below is the patch in it's
entirety... I have tested it and it seems to work fine just fine.

Next thing I fix is a little inconsistant syntax in one of the console
drivers... (author remembered that the macro ended w/ a semicolon so he
just left the semicolon each time he used it, which to me is rather
"ugly".
