Subject[PATCH 2.5] Add support for Lava Octopus-550 PCI multiport serial card

The following patch (against BK-2.5) adds support for the Lava Octopus-550
PCI multiport serial card. The necessary PCI device IDs have already been
added to pci_ids.h.
