Subject[PATCH][RFC] add support for PC-9800 architecture (24/26) sound oss #1
This is part 24/26 of patchset for add support NEC PC-9800 architecture,
against 2.5.43.

Summary:
OSS sound driver related modules.
- add hardware specific initialization.
- IO port address and IRQ number change.
