i see four occurences in my 2.5.42: LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_RESTART,
LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_HALT, LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_POWER_OFF, and
LINUX_REBOOT_CMD_RESTART2
