Tushar,

You'll probably have better luck posting your message to
discuss@linmodems.org. At any rate, Motorola provides a binary driver for
the SM56 chipset for 2.4.x kernels. There's a link to the Motorola site
off of the main LinModems site (http://www.linmodems.org).
